New website raises the profile of Frank Branston Charitable Trust

Frank Branston Charitable Trust (FBCT) are a Bedfordshire based charity, launched in memory of Frank Branston - the journalist, novelist, newspaper proprietor and former Mayor of Bedford. The Trust was set up to give back to the people of Bedfordshire, offering grants and financial support to community based projects.

FBCT has already contributed an incredible amount to Bedfordshire, but recognised the need to have an online presence to promote the Trust’s aims, funding criteria and their new online application service, as well as showcase its recent projects.

Frank Branston Charitable Trust commissioned MC+Co to craft and launch a new CMS based website - and we managed the entire process on their behalf, from planning, design and coding through to the set up of post-launch tracking. The site is also fully search engine optimised.

As part of the project, Frank Branston also commissioned MC+Co to develop a new ‘typographic brandmark’ to use across their website and collateral. MC+Co crafted an impactful brand that reflects Frank Branston’s Bedfordshire roots and also pays homage to his background in the newspaper and print industry.
