MC+Co launch 3 new websites for Nu Group

Nu Group are a leading UK Facilities Management business based in Greater London partnering the largest companies, events and festivals across the UK, including Creamfields and Winter Wonderland.

Since their launch in 1994 as a waste management and recycling business, Nu Group have grown exponentially and in order to meet demand and provide an unrivalled quality of service, Nu Group have continued to expanded their range of services.

Today, Nu Group acts as the umbrella brand for each of their 5 key service areas; Nu Kleen, Nu Supplies, Nu Hire, Nu Recruit and Nu Facilities.

As part of their ongoing commitment to delivering a first class client experience, Nu Group recognised the need to upgrade their online presence. The company commissioned MC+Co to manage this multi-site project for them - from design, planning and coding, to image development, copywriting and search engine optimisation.

The first phase of the project began with the development of a new corporate site, designed to showcase the groups breadth and quality of service. The new site was built on a CMS platform giving the team at Nu Group the ability to update the site content easily - but with elements of bespoke coding to tailor it to Nu Group’s exact needs.

The development also included dynamic news and blog pages, date-listed events pages and an integrated client portal, allowing clients and employees to access essential documents.

Phase two entailed MC+Co designing, coding and developing a Nu Supplies webstore - selling specialist cleaning and hygiene supplies to B2B and B2C customers. The strongly branded e-commerce platform was built on a CMS system, with bespoke coding to integrate with their internal systems.

Finally, and most recently developed, is the Nu Hire store - a completely bespoke design and build coded and optimised by MC+Co. The e-store was designed and crafted to demonstrate Nu Hire’s specialist knowledge with SEO optimisation and Social Media Marketing goals in mind. The site has been built with a bespokely coded back-end making site updates and future product uploads as straightforward as possible.
